Receive Independent Financial Advice from a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)

Your advisor will help guide you through the application form and ensure that a home reversion plan is appropriate for your circumstances and ensure you are aware of all the documentation required. Home Plus can provide a list of QFAs trained in our product for your convenience.

Conversation with QFA

Your dedicated advisor will present their suitability statement to you in writing, answering any questions along the way. They will also provide you with personalised information and allow you time to consider their recommendation.

Paperwork

If you decide to go ahead, your QFA will package your application including a property valuation, BER certificate, standard financial statement (SFS), and sustainability report, and send them to Home Plus. Approval & Signatures

The next stage is for Home Plus to issue an approval. This states the details under which you are approved to proceed with a Home Reversion, and once accepted and your solicitor’s details provided, the legal process commences.

A solicitor of your choosing will provide you with independent legal advice and cover the other legal aspects for you.

Completion - Funds Advanced
